Positive: Historical charm with chic, updated amenities. Two dozen roses upon arrival, pumpkin pie on the holiday, secure parking, and lovely grounds. We had a 2BR 2 full bath cottage with each bedroom opening onto a private, roof top terrace beautifully appointed. There was a full kitchen and laundry facilities.

Negative: Settings were for 4 people. Glad I brought enough cutlery etc. for having 2 guests join us for dinner. They should stock for 6 even if only a 4 person cottage to allow for guests or "not every dish is cleaned every time". Location; walkable and charming but not in DTLA or near major attractions. If that is the goal, or you prefer to not be in a gay friendly neighborhood, this isn't for you.
