Positive: The property was spacious, had a nice view of the mountains, large for a family of 10, lots of space and many nice bathrooms and bedrooms.

Negative: Dear manager at Vacasa: Here is our honest and constructive review of our stay in this property. Though I rated 4 out of 5 the same hour we checked in, we found the home to be very spacious and nice but there were some things that were extremely disappointing. - the TV downstairs does not have a remote. - there was a large spider in the bedding in the closet. - the two pull out couches downstairs had stained sheets and remnants of Doritos, and would not open flat. We had resorted to sleeping on the floor. - as previously noted, the water dispenser on the fridge caused the line to leak and pool water all over the kitchen floor that we scrambled to clean up - the pots and pans in the cabinet under the gas range were clearly not washed before being put away as they are still caked with food. - the pots and pans were very old and outdated, dirty and sticky . One of the of the pans had still sticky oil in it. ( see the pic) - several hand towels in the bathrooms have lipstick stains - the dining room chairs were sticky - the outlets downstairs are loose and can’t hold a plug therefore we were not able to charge our phones or operate our devices in that entire area of the house. - the kitchen faucet is sure faulty and very difficult to turn on or off. - the main attraction - the pool table - is missing a ball . - the hot water heater is faulty bcs For a home that sleeps 10, we would expect that there would be enough hot water for more than 2 people to shower. Instead many of my family members had to take cold showers in the middle of winter. - the housekeepers forgot to put extra trash bags and when we called , the items arrived us very late so we had to make a special trip to buy trash bags to use them. Again, I chose to be Frank and honest in my review and I wanted to come to u directly and not post it online to the public in order for u to rectify these issues and correct the problems before the other customers put their low rating online.

Summary: It was nice as a whole but disappointing for the reasons I mentioned above.
