Guest access
During your stay, you will have full access to the entire home. Consider this your home during your stay and also please treat the home and our amazing neighbors with love and respect.
CHECK-IN:
Check-in time is at 4 PM.
If you would like an early check-in, please ask our team as it will be based on availability. An early check-in fee will apply. We accommodate luggage drop-offs, however you will not be able to return to the property until 4 PM.
CHECK-OUT:
Checkout is at 11 AM.
Late checkout at 12 PM is free with 24-hour notice, given there is not a same-day check-in.
Any time after 11 AM to 1 PM will be a $300 late checkout fee.
Any time between 1 PM to 3 PM you will be charged 50% of the daily rate.
Any time after 3 PM you will be charged for a full day.
If you plan on extending, payment must be made in full before your 11 AM checkout.
Other things to note
House rules:
Before you book your stay, please take a moment to review the following house rules. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these rules throughout your stay. Failure to follow these rules will be considered a violation of your rental agreement.
To ensure a peaceful and respectful experience for all, please keep all noise and music indoors and at a reasonable level at all times, especially during the city’s quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Our neighbors are particularly sensitive to noise, so all guests need to be mindful of this and act accordingly throughout the day.
We cannot have any complaints of loud noise or music, guests being disruptive while entering or leaving the property, or excessive noise levels around outdoor or pool areas. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of this during their stay with us.
Finally, please note that all reservations for groups larger than 10 individuals must be cleared before checking in.
Please be aware that any noise violations or parties held on the property are considered a breach of the rental agreement. As a result, The Maimon Group reserves the right to enter the property without advanced notice if any violations occur. In addition, we reserve the right to evict guests in response to any violations of the city ordinance.
NOTE:
Absolutely no outside music is allowed past 9 PM
VENDORS:
It is necessary to obtain approval from the property management/Owner before allowing any outside vendors into the home. Additionally, guests are kindly requested to provide proof of insurance (COI) for any authorized vendors.
SMOKING:
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house. If guests choose to smoke, we ask that they do so outside at a safe distance from the main house, and to clean up after themselves. Any evidence of smoking indoors or cigarette butts on the ground outside may result in not limited to a $1,000 fee to offset the necessary measures to remove any residual odors. This policy will be strictly enforced.
NOISE METERS
Similar to many vacation rental managers, we utilize decibel readers to alert us when the noise level exceeds the allowed threshold set by our city. Rest assured that our noise meters do not record conversations.
If we receive a noise alert, we will promptly notify you through text and/or phone calls. If we do not receive a response, or if the noise level continues to exceed the city limit, we may need to make an in-person visit.
POOL/SPA:
To have a better understanding of the pool and spa heating in our vacation rental property, please read the following instructions carefully.
Please note that pool and spa heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee, which includes a daily heating charge to retain the temperature.
These fees are not included in the rental rate.
For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance (preferably at the time of booking) and may require up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature.
Pool pumps operate on a scheduled timer to prevent the system from overworking. As a result, the system will not run overnight.
Please note that the pool and spa cannot be heated to different temperatures at the same time. Please request when you wish to use the spa 1 hour ahead of time so we can turn on the spa heating.
Security Cameras:
The house is equipped with external civilian security cameras. These are in place for security reasons and covering them is not permitted. Any party found covering the security cameras will be immediately evicted.
Monthly Reservation:
Please note that for reservations lasting 28-31+ days, the client will be responsible for covering the costs of monthly utilities, such as gas, water, power, and others. Additionally, a separate utility deposit will be required.
Maximum Occupancy:
Accommodates: 2 guests per bedroom (No more than 12 people at any given time unless approved).
Pet Policy:
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed unless it is a registered service animal.
Extra-person:
Per the City of LA home sharing regulations, overnight guest count is calculated by # of bedrooms x2. The number of overnight guests exceeding this limit will be charged $100+/guest per stay if approved.
Parking:
4 cars on the driveway parking. Free street parking.

Booking schedule:
To accommodate the preferences of our homeowners, we are unable to book stays for less than 3 days. However, 2-day gap days are allowed during the weekdays. Therefore, we kindly request that you send us a message before requesting to book to ensure that your desired dates are available.
