Welcome to our luxurious home, located in the heart of historic Charlottesville. We are centrally located just steps from the University of Virginia. We are minutes from John Paul Arena, Scott Stadium and the Historic Downtown Mall. This beautiful home offers a spacious, inviting & family friendly space for your stay in Charlottesville. You will be surrounded by an abundance of attractions, wineries, breweries and amazing food all in a short walk or drive away.

The quiet 4 bedroom, 2 bath home features 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs with an abundance of natural light and a private entrance.

-Each bedroom features a 40-inch mounted Smart TV

-Second Living Space: the fully renovated basement & entertainment space offers a 50-inch TV, full bathroom & 4th bedroom with 2 queen beds and 40-inch TV. Pacman arcade game, Pop-A-Shot basketball hoop, poker set, dining table and sectional sofa (queen air mattress avail upon request. There is also a door that leads to the backyard seating area.
