We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Unfortunately, we are not allowing pets in our chalet.

Please refrain from smoking inside our chalet or anywhere on the property! Any evidence of smoking of any kind will result in immediate cancellation of reservation and the guests will be asked to leave the property without refund.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
★ PARKING ★
There is parking for 5-6 vehicles in the paved driveway. Please note that the driveway is on an incline. An AWD/4WD vehicle is recommended during winter months. Although we do try our best to keep the driveway clear of snow/ice, mother nature can be unpredictable. Please let us know if the driveway needs to be cleared of snow or de-iced. Thanks!

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.

• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.
