The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with a drip coffee maker, refrigerator, gas stove & oven, and a microwave, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. There is also a fully fenced-in backyard for kids and furry friends to run around, with a long, narrow stretch perfect for cornhole! There is also a patio table with an umbrella to enjoy meals outside, a BBQ for summer grilling, and a firepit for s'mores on cooler nights! BBQ utensils and firepit tools provided. Cornhole set is stored in the closet, along with beach towels and beach chairs. The Smart TV has access to apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video.

As our guest, you'll have private access to the entire apartment. A single-car driveway leads to the front porch where you will enter your custom door code into the digital lock. You will receive checkin instructions with your door code 1 day prior to your arrival.
