Welcome to Buddy’s Place! Enjoy beautiful water view sunsets from the upper deck and fish for catfish and sacalait off the bottom deck. An on site boat slip can accommodate your boat or jet skis. No boat? We have 2 kayaks available for you to enjoy.
The oversized living room has 20 windows overlooking the water and has access to the upper deck that has a patio table and chairs. The living room has a zero gravity massage chair, electric Lazy Boy recliner, sofas, end tables, lamps, large TV, 4 ceiling fans & great selection of board games, even the giant Zenga game! There is a single size daybed with a single size roll out trundle bed (sleeps 2 people). We have a double size platform air mattress available that can sleep 2 additional people and it can be placed in the large living room. Use of the air mattress must be requested prior to check in. Two large sliding glass doors can close off the living room from the rest of the home.
We have a fully stocked kitchen: Air Fryer, Toaster\toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, cook top stove & oven, large refrigerator, Keurig coffee pot, can opener, blender as well as usual dishes, utensils, pots & pans. There's a hand mixer and baking pans and even a charcuterie board. The large kitchen island has 2 barstools with gourmet pots hanging from the ceiling. The 6-person high top dining table is adjacent to the kitchen.
To the left is a hallway to the 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths. Each bedroom has multiple USB port chargers and Smart TVs (we currently provide the Peacock streaming service).
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 night stands with lamps, TV, dresser & has 2 USB charging stations. The wooden barn doors open to lots of closet space. There is a bathroom attached to this bedroom.
Across the hall is the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, TV, nightstands with lamps, dresser, closet and 2 USB charging stations.
The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed with a TV, night stand, lamp & USB charging station.
Downstairs has a full bath (toilet, sink, shower) but it is not climate controlled and the laundry room with washer and dryer is also located downstairs.
We have a charcoal grill, patio dining set, ceiling fans, large TV, surround sound audio, swing, 2 rockers, refrigerator. The boat slip has rubber buoys on the pilings to help protect your boat.
There is parking for at least 6 vehicles / trailers.

** You will need to use stairs to access the home but we have a handicap accessible elevator to bring your items up and down.
