Beautifully remodeled large mountain home in Nederland that will make a perfect get away for your family and friends. Our home has been completely gutted and remodeled for a fresh new look. We have decorated it in a Mountain Modern theme. Kitchen with all Thermador appliances, knotty alder cabinets and white quartz counters with a large island. Master bath has been redone with new tile work, steam shower and a soaking tub! Guest bath has new tile work and vanity. All new wood floors and carpet. New furniture and linens. New paint and stain. There are 2 gas fireplaces, one on the main floor and one in the basement. There is also a 2 Car attached garage for your cars with plenty of extra parking in the driveway. Eldora Mountain Ski resort is a short 10 minute drive away and Boulder is only 20-25 minutes. Very close to town and walkable in the summer (if you don't mind going up-hill on the way home). Peaceful setting with large pine trees all around. Driveway is short and steep so a 4 wheel drive is recommended in case of snow. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions. Thank you!
