Summary: The rooms need to be cleaned, because they have a smell in them. It could be the carpet. In the hallways, the same. There was NO business center set up. Breakfast was HORRIBLE, due to not having items to make breakfast complete. Staff needs to be present when guests arrive and NOT having guests waiting for more than ten minutes. Bar wasn't available. Parking lot was well lit and felt safe.
