On the first floor, we find a spacious living room with its design furniture and sofa bed for two, has a plasma TV, and has direct access to a private terrace, very well oriented, with its teak table and chairs, ideal for a wonderful breakfast or a romantic dinner. The fully equipped kitchen and the living room are connected through a sliding door. On this floor there is also a double bedroom with two beds and a full bathroom with bathtub.
