The cottage sits 60 feet from the water and the views of the lake are great. The frontage doesn't allow for swimming but a quick kayak or paddleboard trip will get you to a beautiful sandbar.
The property is next door to the boat launch on Taylor Lake so the weekends can be busy. Enjoy a day boating, paddle boarding, canoeing, etc., there is so much to see and do on the Waupaca Chain. A firepit is available for having a campfire at night. There are two wonderful restaurants within a short drive/boat. Harbor Bar has great food and live music and The Wheelhouse is known for their wonderful pizza. Behind the wheelhouse is the infamous "Scoopers" and has the best ice cream in town. Nothing cools the sunburn like a fresh scoop of Scoopers Ice Cream. Tom Thumb mini golf is also a short boat/drive away and is a great time for the kids. Waupaca has everything you would need as far as grocery and stores and the hub is only 2-3 miles from the cabin.
