Located approximately 25 minutes south of Chama this location is ideal for enjoying the lakes and the Chama region. Wildlife abundant, with deer, elk, turkey, and more. This 3200+ sq. ft., 4 bedroom, 3 bath, comfortably sleeps 10-12, with couches and air mattresses if more beds are needed.
We bought this home as our family loves the area and all it offers in the region and outdoors close by. We want others to enjoy getting away to this beautiful area and have an affordable place to stay while they explore, relax, and have fun new family/friend adventures.
This home has new appliances, outdoor grill, Jacuzzi hot tub/ play room with a Ping-Pong table. The master bedroom offers a king bed and futon. 2nd upstairs bdrm. has a queen bed. Lower rooms: one has queen and the other has one queen and a bunk bed with full size mattresses on top and bottom. Kitchen dining table expands and has chairs for 10. Huge carport will fit multi. autos and the garage is also available as needed.
