You have exclusive access to the basement in the lower level, including a very spacious living room, a full bathroom, a very spacious bedroom with queen size bed, the shared laundry room in the garage and the shared backyard (with owner), and all the spaces you see in the pictures. You could enjoy it without interruption for the duration of your stay. However, you don't have access to the upper level which is occupied by the owner.
