Summary: Telephone cord was broken, thus phone didn't work. Told staff and they didn't fix it. Both queen mattress's were shot, lumpy with depressions in each of them. PTAC heater worked blowing hot air, but the thermostat wouldn't change the temp. Ran on hot all night, and room was very hot an unmcomfortable. Turned it off, then room was completely cold and uncomfortable. PTAC unit needs maitenance or replaced, no adjusting the temp was available.
