Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom with 2 sink vanity and handicapped shower. Apartment is also equipped with it's own full size washer and dryer. Bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Fold down queen sized sofa bed in the living room can sleep an additional 2 people. Free WiFi and Cable TV included. There is a Smart TV in the bedroom for streaming your favorite shows. Located on a cul de sac, the house is steps away from the Duluth Hiking Trail and Biking Trail and 5 minutes from downtown Duluth and Canal Park, 1/2 mile from the Heritage Hockey Center and 10 minutes from Spirit Mountain. Paved off-street parking is provided.
The property also has much green space with several seating areas, a BBQ grill, a firepit and a swing set. Yard games are also available upon request.
