The apartment:
With capacity for four people, the accommodation is located on the third floor of a building with a lift. Its cosy atmosphere, elegant marble floors and the modern character of its furniture ensure a calm, comfortable and pleasant stay for all our guests.
The lounge features a television, a sofa bed and a charming French-style balcony with an exterior view. The modern kitchen has all the appliances and amenities necessary to ensure a comfortable stay.
The flat has a fantastic bedroom with a double bed, and a comfortable bathroom with a shower.
It has heating and air conditioning in all its rooms through underfloor heating and central air conditioning.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise no later than 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Works will be carried out in the storage rooms of the building, this will affect the apartments to the least possible extent. We apologise for the inconvenience.

The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
