Only 1 block to the metro, easy access to downtown DC! Pet friendly (with a pet fee). Current bed set up sleeps 10; additional queen-sized cot available to sleep a total of 12.

You will have full access to the top three floors of the house and all outdoor areas, but will not have access to the ground floor, which is a separate owner-occupied unit. The spaces have completely separate entrances so you will only interact with the owner if you need help!

Summary: This wasn't just a house..it felt like home away from home. The kitchen was so completely stocked we fed our family of 12 with ease. Lots of special touches. Super easy check in and out and the host was always responsive to our questions. Loved the loft room. We never felt cramped as there was plenty of room to spread out. In warm weather the outdoor space was awesome. This house reminded us so much of our mother's home it was like she picked it for us. Since we were in town for her memorial at Arlington it made it very special.
