House is clean and has everything you need but nothing fancy. Smart TVs and Ceiling fans in every room, mini split a/c with heater. Washer and dryer in bathroom. House has a small kitchen with granite countertops, plates, silverware, pots, pans, coffee pot, blender wand, microwave, full size stove and fridge. Plenty of towels, pillows, sheets and blankets. Furniture is very simple allowing space to move around. Floor is all tile allowing for easy cleanup. House is on a large lot, very quiet and relaxing. Other homes in the area are spread out allowing for privacy. Plenty of room to park your boat trailer in front (My boat is usually parked on the side of the house). Several oak trees provide shade around BBQ pit and small Fish cleaning table. A small deck in the back yard provides a screened, covered seating area. Quiet and private country living, Very relaxing and only a sort drive to restuarants, shopping, and beaches.
