Surrounded by 1.7 acres of garden with fruit trees, roses, hibiscus, bougainvillea, cacti and native California plants. A 50 foot private lap pool invites you to swim or relax on the pool deck with a good book. The house is furnished with mostly European furniture and you will feel seduced by the charm of each room. 360sqft master bedroom with balcony and beautifully tiled master bathroom on the second floor, 3 oversized bedrooms (1 BR with king bed, 1 BR with king bed and twin bed, 1 BR with full bed) with two large bathrooms on the first floor.
