Summary: We came a night before NYE .. the day of NYE i asked to just bring fresh towels and make the beds so it's nice in the room as we are planning to celebrate NYE in the room.. The staff replies " we do cleaning on the 4th day of ur stay" .. so you telling me i have to use the same towels 4 days in a row before getting a new one ? all i'm asking is to make the beds not the WHOLE housekeeping and i have to wait 4 days for that . New Year's day my husband took out the trash on his own NO ONE even bothered coming into the room!!!! Will i stay here again? I highly doubt it!!
