The Orchard house is located in a residential neighborhood west of downtown Arcata. In the yard you will find peach, apple and plum trees as well as blueberry bushes and a strawberry patch! The front and back yards are fully fenced and offer privacy with the surrounding landscaping.
We have 3 bedrooms each with queen beds and 3 full bathrooms. The living room is open with large couch, big screen TV with Bose sound system and dining space to accommodate your whole group. Our kitchen is well equipped with cooking appliances, pots & pans and plenty of counter space for your family's best chef. Upstairs, there is a bonus room with something for everyone: a desk & work space, additional TV & futon, yoga mats, weights, boardgames, and even musical instruments such as a keyboard, guitar, banjo and a cello! In the garage, we have a washer, dryer, and a ping pong table. Take advantage of the fruit trees in the backyard in spring summer and fall, and enjoy a BBQ with the propane grill and outside patio seating. Whether you are staying with family, friends or co-workers you'll feel right at home with the amenities and comforts this home has to offer.
