Groups and families will have plenty of room to spread out thanks to the 5 modern bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces located throughout the home. All four bedrooms are equipped with comfortable bedding and large Smart TVs to give guests the most comfortable stay possible.
Bedroom 1 features a comfy king-sized bed with 55" Smart TV. This room also has a remodeled private ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 features a King-sized bed with Smart TV & an office desk.
Bedroom 3 features a queen-sized bed with Smart TV & an office desk.

Bathroom 2 sits off the main living area. This remodeled bathroom is outfitted with a decent size walk-in shower. The washer and dryer are located in the closet of that bathroom.

We please ask that our guests clean up after they finish using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, we will charge a $50.00 fee.
The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10:00 p.m - No parties or events allowed.
No smoking inside the house. Fines up to $750.00 for violating house rules.

-Property is in Florida with warmer climate and is closer to the water. We cannot guarantee that you will not see insects during your stay.
