Commercial sized outdoor barbeque and full size pickleball court and half size basketball court are also available to enjoy. Enjoy tranquility and peace and the sound of a bubbling river while bbqing outside or enjoying time in the hammock. There is private river access on the Consumnes that is shared with the main house on the property which is spectacular for a summertime dip.
**Please note that the house while beautiful is not suitable for those requiring ADA access. The two bedrooms are upstairs while the bathroom is downstairs and separated by an interior spiral staircase. There is an exterior full size staircase for ease of loading in suitcases etc.
