The pictures show it all! Buoy House is centrally located and perfect for both short and longer stays. Wifi and comfortable spaces provide an easy escape from it all and make it a great option to relax by the seacoast.
The main floor offers a large living room with vaulted ceiling, fireplace, TV (Roku provided) and plenty of cozy seating. The full kitchen and dining area is perfect for all of your cooking needs. Dishwasher, microwave, pots/pans, oven, induction stove...it has it all. The dining table can seat six people with an additional three spots available at the breakfast bar. A Keurig is provided for morning coffees.
Off of the kitchen is a hall that leads to the eating deck with Weber grill. A full bath is also off the small hallway, directly across from one of the two entrances to the library, which houses a bar area and full-size sofa bed.
Upstairs guests will enjoy a quiet sitting area on the landing and two bonus sleep spaces: A reading loft and sleeping nook near primary, and perfect for children. Portable crib and toddler mattress available upon request. Additionally, the primary bedroom and full bath (with large, tiled shower) are on this upper level, with high-end king-sized mattress. Washer, dryer and linen area are off of the primary bedroom, making the upstairs its own full-service suite.
The ground floor has the privacy of its own separate living and sleeping area. This space is perfect for an additional family or teens who want their own space and private entrance. There’s a small office nook on the landing and a living area with TV, electric heat fireplace and a queen pullout sofa. Bedrooms on the ground floor include a sweet bunk bedroom (three twins) and a separate queen bedroom. This level also has a full bathroom.
Just a short (5 min) walk across the street, there is a lovely town park, playground, boat launch and sandy beach with clear water to explore.
Caretaker lives on premises (in cottage at back of property) and hosts are on-call for any questions or emergent needs.
