House rules
Please:
1. No loud music and noise.
2. Respect the neighbors. This is a
very quiet family neighborhood.
3. No Parties. We do have exterior cameras to count the number of guests, if there is a party or any complaints from neighbors we will call police, and our security company will escort you to leave the house immediately.
4. No smoking of anything inside the house.
This includes weed and cigarettes. There will be a fine of $500 if guests smoke inside the house.
5. Please do not move furniture. If you must
please move it back to its proper place.
6. Cleaning fee is for a normal cleaning, if the
house is left trashed, an extra charge of $300
will be added for a complete deep clean.
7. If guests tend to throw an illegal party
without our knowledge, Guest will be a fined $1,000.
8. PLEASE NOTE: Wipes/ Sanitary Napkins MUST NOT be flushed down the toilet.
Additional Rules
9. Occasional events must be approved by
host and are higher in price than overnight
stays.
10. Extra guests/visitors must be approved by host, there is an additional fee for extra
guests. There are exterior cameras installed on house to verify that the guest count is accurate.
11. Park in your assigned space(s).
12. No RV Parking.
13. Cars that are leaking oil will be required to park on the street and Guest(s) will be fined a miminum of $150 for stain removal.
14. No washing car on the premise.
