Summary: Tracy was outstanding—always helpful, welcoming, and smiling from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety of options and was truly enjoyable. A wonderful stay at Tru by Hilton Grand Rapids Airport! Jada greeted us with her bright, welcoming smile that instantly made us feel at home. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and truly made our experience enjoyable. Her warmth and professionalism stood out—thank you, Jada!
