The private chlorine pool blends perfectly into the rustic and authentic exterior. It is elevated and has a depth of 1.6 metres and a size of 6.50 x 4 metres. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbours, so you can enjoy maximum privacy.

The living- and dining room shows wooden beams and natural stone walls, while it counts with air conditioning and television, as well as a fire place for the colder days, to enjoy a good book or a relaxing nap on the sofa. The kitchen is typical Mallorcan construction, but performed in modern material. It counts with a gas stove top, an electric oven, a dishwasher and all necessary utensils to prepare a great meal for your family. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the ground floor, we find three comfortable bedrooms with a double bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe. Two of them have an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub, and one has access to the garden, and enough space to put up an extra (folding) bed. There is an extra bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed, A/C and a wardrobe. Keep in mind that this bedroom does not have a door.
