Summary: I took a bit to check in because nobody was at the desk. We sat there for probably about 10 minutes. I went outside and rang the bell pouring rain and nobody was coming to help. Finally, a gentleman came and we were able to get checked in. It was very noisy. The walls are paper, thin. The beds are hard as rocks. The refrigerator was amazing. Checkout was very smooth when we left and somebody was actually manning the desk which was nice and refreshing. However, checkout is at 11 AM. Housekeeping was knocking on my door at 9 AM and every 5 to 8 minutes thereafter until we checked out and she claimed it was her low blood sugar, and she didn’t know what she was doing. Not acceptable.
