The house is 4 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom with a spa and pool. The house is place in a wonderful location close to the Convention Center and Disneyland. A few miles from the house is the Angel Stadium and Honda Center/Ducks Ice Rink. Around the block are supermarkets and a variety of restaurant like Buffet. The house has a brand new A/C system, a brand new washer and dryer unit from SAMSUNG. The furniture in the house are all new including a 4K Flat Screen TV and memory foam bed in every room.
Bedroom#1-1 Q- Optional: Heated spa is 30.00 a day . If spa and pool are used, it would be 50.00 a day. The heating pool (must be 3 consecutive days). If you want to use the heated pool ,please let me know early because it takes between 8 to 10 hours to fully heat up,depending on the weather . The pool can be heat up to 83 degrees . Please inform the host first if spa is going to be use.
City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage/game rooms etc) are off limits
