Summary: I am writing this letter regarding visit at 12901 Haster Ave Garden Grove Ca. My reservation was from September 19, 2025 to September 22, 2025. On 20 September around 9:57 PM. I went to the front desk because my room 234 was still freezing cold it was 64° I tried the thermostat on the wall to lower to up the temperature so it wasn’t so cold in the room. It did not work so I went downstairs and asked for more blankets. The Mexican lady behind the desk said the policies is every room has one extra blanket!
